When you are given an appointment, please try to arrive in good time and allow 10 minutes to register yourself. 

You will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire before the appointment time. If you wish, you can bring anyone with you; friend, family member, girl friend, boy friend etc...

Gentlemen, please remember not to pass urine for about 2 hours before your appointment time.

This is important as it affects the test result.
